Epidemiology
It has been observed in approximately 20 individuals.
Clinical description
Clinical manifestations include the presence of cranial lumps, numerous pathologic fractures, elevated serum alkaline phosphatase levels, and dental caries.
Genetic counseling
Transmission is autosomal dominant.
