- Hydronephrosis (HP:0000126): Severe distention of the kidney with dilation of the renal pelvis and calices. Evidence: TAS. Frequency: Occasional (HP:0040283). (ORPHA:3305)
- Cleft palate (HP:0000175): Cleft palate is a developmental defect of the palate resulting from a failure of fusion of the palatine processes and manifesting as a separation of the roof of the mouth (soft and hard palate). Evidence: TAS. Frequency: Occasional (HP:0040283). (ORPHA:3305)
- Microcephaly (HP:0000252): Head circumference below 2 standard deviations below the mean for age and gender. Evidence: TAS. Frequency: Very frequent (HP:0040281). (ORPHA:3305)
- Short philtrum (HP:0000322): Distance between nasal base and midline upper lip vermilion border more than 2 SD below the mean. Alternatively, an apparently decreased distance between nasal base and midline upper lip vermilion border. Evidence: TAS. Frequency: Frequent (HP:0040282). (ORPHA:3305)
- Micrognathia (HP:0000347): Developmental hypoplasia of the mandible. Evidence: TAS. Frequency: Frequent (HP:0040282). (ORPHA:3305)
- Preauricular skin tag (HP:0000384): A rudimentary tag of skin often containing ear tissue including a core of cartilage and located just anterior to the auricle (outer part of the ear). Evidence: TAS. Frequency: Occasional (HP:0040283). (ORPHA:3305)
- Convex nasal ridge (HP:0000444): Nasal ridge curving anteriorly to an imaginary line that connects the nasal root and tip. The nose appears often also prominent, and the columella low. Evidence: TAS. Frequency: Very frequent (HP:0040281). (ORPHA:3305)
- Intrauterine growth retardation (HP:0001511): An abnormal restriction of fetal growth with fetal weight below the tenth percentile for gestational age. Evidence: TAS. Frequency: Very frequent (HP:0040281). (ORPHA:3305)
- Chiari malformation (HP:0002308): Chiari malformation consists of a downward displacement of the cerebellar tonsils and the medulla through the foramen magnum, sometimes causing hydrocephalus as a result of obstruction of CSF outflow. Evidence: TAS. Frequency: Occasional (HP:0040283). (ORPHA:3305)
- Abnormality of chromosome segregation (HP:0002916): An abnormality of chromosome segregation. Evidence: TAS. Frequency: Very frequent (HP:0040281). (ORPHA:3305)
- Radial ray deficiency (HP:0006433): Radial dysplasia, also known as radial longitudinal deficiency, includes radial clubhand and is a disfiguring, and potentially disabling, congenital limb anomaly. The entire upper limb may be involved, although the defect is most evident in the forearm and hand. Affected children suffer a variable degree of hypoplasia or absence of the preaxial skeleton and soft tissues, in particular the thumb, radius, and dorsoradial soft tissues. The hand is usually radially deviated and subluxated off the distal aspect of the ulna, the ulna may be shortened and have a bow-shaped deformity, and there is no true wrist (radiocarpal) joint in Bayne2 type-III and IV radial dysplasia. Evidence: TAS. Frequency: Frequent (HP:0040282). (ORPHA:3305)
- Biparietal narrowing (HP:0004422): A narrowing of the biparietal diameter (i.e., of the transverse distance between the protuberances of the two parietal bones of the skull). Evidence: TAS. Frequency: Very frequent (HP:0040281). (ORPHA:3305)
- Aplasia/Hypoplasia of the lungs (HP:0006703). Evidence: TAS. Frequency: Occasional (HP:0040283). (ORPHA:3305)
- Aplasia/Hypoplasia affecting the eye (HP:0008056). Evidence: TAS. Frequency: Occasional (HP:0040283). (ORPHA:3305)
- Renal hypoplasia/aplasia (HP:0008678): Absence or underdevelopment of the kidney. Evidence: TAS. Frequency: Occasional (HP:0040283). (ORPHA:3305)
- Aplasia/Hypoplasia of the thymus (HP:0010515): Absence or underdevelopment of the thymus. Evidence: TAS. Frequency: Occasional (HP:0040283). (ORPHA:3305)
- Hypoplasia of the ear cartilage (HP:0100720). Evidence: TAS. Frequency: Frequent (HP:0040282). (ORPHA:3305)
These phenotypes are associated with the disease Tetraploidy syndrome (ORPHA:3305).
